Stinger

Stinger is an easy going, very personable 10 year old grade Quarter Horse mare. Stinger has seen the sights and gets the job done every time while looking good doing it. Rides around one handed on a rocking horse lope. Started on the barrels and is showing great potential. Roped out in the pasture a little bit. Drug logs and tarps around the arena. Leave her sit and cinch her up and ride away on a loose rein. Been rode out in the bush as well as the mountains and takes the lead. Stands tied over night at the trailer or on a high line. She’s done her fair share of halter breaking colts and does it like it’s her day job. Used lots at the auction mart, flagged cattle down the ally and opens and closes gates with ease.
Stinger is used to dogs and your every day farm equipment. Ride her along the road side with 0 issues. Walk up and catch her on a quarter section she’s just happy to go to work. Rides away from the herd with no fuss. Holds her foot up all day for the farrier. Goes with or without shoes, has good hard black feet. Ride her bareback with just a rope around her neck. She’s got good cow sense and is my personal go too for any ranch work that needs done. Goes through water with no issues.
Although Stinger is laid back, and has had beginner riders on her, she would appreciate a partner that does have some horse experience. She’s had a few foals and is a good mom. Self loads and backs out. She’s been jumped over a few cross rails and seemed to not mind that. She’s been rode double and she has also packed a flag before. Whether you’re looking for the deluxe trail horse, gymkanah horse or a new ranch mount this mare will not disappoint!
