Joey

Joey is a 5 year old red roan Percheron Quarter horse gelding, he stands 15.3, Joey is broke to ride and pack. He stands, loads, ties and he’s good with his feet. Joey is easy to catch. He’s a very friendly horse, he has great ground manners and is suitable for intermediate riders and up. Joey has more woah than go, he’s very quiet.
Joey neck reins, side passes, swings into mounting blocks/ fences making it easy for anyone to climb on, you can ride him bareback in a halter or saddled.
He’s a strong, well built horse. Joey has extensive mountain experience, crossing rivers, climbing mountains, wrangling horses, leading pack strings/ being in pack strings. He has been exposed to multiple animals on our hunting trips. Packed out game and been involved on many hunts. I can’t say enough good things about this horse.
