Benny

“Benny” is a 7 yr old Fjord Belgium cross gelding. He stands 14.2 hh and has a solid build. We have used “Benny” as an all-around pleasure horse. From trail riding in the mountains, pasture checks, cattle drives, to tracking and roping the heelomatic, and working the mechanical cow. “Benny” has been harnessed, pulling a sleigh and wagon. He has also packed in the mountains and been rode under English tack. He rides bareback and doubles. Stands tied, trailers well, and crosses rivers. He served as our “pregnant lady mount” last summer. “Benny” has a gentle temperament and a teddy bear type character.
