YA LARK

Ya Lark is a nicely put together 4 year old gelding with some good cow breeding on his pedigree. We have owned him since he was a yearling, started him lightly as a 2 yr old and have rode him consistently as a 3 yr old, bringing him along correctly while he matures. He has a solid foundation in the arena with good body control and suppleness. He’s also seen many outside miles, cruising through the hills in rough terrain, moving cattle, and some pasture sorting. He has a solid rope foundation, exposed to low stress roping situations to build his confidence. He is smooth traveling with an easy rocking chair lope. My favourite characteristics are his smooth gates, softness, and confident disposition. He travels out alone with no worries of where his buddies are and no hurry to get back home. He hauls good, stands quietly for hours, is good for the farrier, and to tack up etc. with no vices. He would make a great ladies mount as he is smaller built with a smooth easy way about him.
